TRADEMARKIN IS IT OVERRATED?

So last night i finished the MACHA MACHETE logo. Now comes the trademarking, can someone please refresh my memory on what that entails? This will probably be or lead to one of the largest hurdles for starting a business. Now there is legal paperwork, time lines and other goodies that will need to be taken care of. HOORAY! Wish me luck.

So heres the idea, i will be posting artwork, photos and gear on this blog. all that i post will be revolving around this brand that im starting from the ground up.
